In 2001, Gallup published 12 questions that demonstrably establish a positive correlation between employee engagement and business performance. The questionnaire can be used wonderfully in teams to initiate a very pragmatic change process "from below". It is exciting that the questions reflect many aspects of New Work / positive employee experience.
