Tim owns SirConsa, which provides Change Management coaching, Team development seminars, and User Experience coaching and training. He also founded ReSight Global, an employee-owned global user experience (UX) and human factors research organization with locations in five countries. It’s through this company that he is focused on designing better employee experiences for organizations.

Julian is a people-oriented optimist and visionary who has big goals and pursues them at a tremendous pace. This determination has taken him into small businesses and large corporations from Europe to the USA. His studies in San Francisco in the field of Change Management and Disruptive Innovation, combined with his diverse professional experiences, provide the basis for his future-oriented thinking and acting at the pulse of time. As a co-founder, he most recently founded LIFT for future GmbH. The corporate mission of this company is similar to his private one: Everyone should be inspired by their own job and be happy in the long term. Because only this allows real potential to unfold and creates necessary innovation.
Justus von Wedekind

Justus is a globetrotter who loves to work in direct contact with people. He taught water sports for years, worked as a team leader in an agency, worked as a manager in a surf lodge in Portugal and is now a qualified coach and lecturer. As a co-founder of LIFT for future GmbH, he founded a company in 2019, the core of which also corresponds to his personal conviction and world view – every person is unique with his or her individual personality, and only by seeing and promoting this uniqueness can the full potential of individuals and organizations be developed.
Laura is a trained market & social researcher in user experience consulting with almost ten years of experience in putting user needs and satisfaction first. During this time she has gained many insights into corporate cultures that are lived differently. Driven by these, she has continuously expanded her knowledge both in her studies of cultural anthropology and computer science, as well as in freelance projects on future and digital working environments. With her curiosity and the ambition to continuously improve things and to create positive experiences, she now wants to focus on the people in companies instead of users.

Gabri Herrmann has been living the topic of leadership for more than 15 years and during this time has realigned teams, accompanied mergers and coached in the direction of agile project management. The most important thing is always: to integrate the team, to take it along and to lead it to more independence and decision making. Voluntary commitment as a mentor for young managers, further training in the field of UX and change management as well as active participation in networking events on the topic of New Work have laid the foundation for a broad understanding of leadership from the perspective of the company, the manager and above all: the employee.
